THE PROCESS Monday.com hosted a holiday party to celebrate an incredible year of achievements and teamwork. THE OUTCOME Monday.com hosted a dazzling Futuristic Disco holiday party at Hall des Lumières for over 600 employees and their guests, transforming the venue into a high-energy, immersive experience. The event design masterfully combined reflective metallic elements with dynamic LED lighting, creating an atmosphere that felt both nostalgic and forward-looking. Floor-to-ceiling projections pulsed throughout the space, casting vibrant, futuristic visuals that amplified the party's electric ambiance. Decor highlights included clusters of mirrored disco balls, iridescent florals in geometric vases, and disco UFOs scattered across tables. Roaming entertainment added spontaneity, while three unique photo opportunities invited guests to capture memories: The Selfie Room featured a self-serve digital photo booth, The Vault was accented with metallic orbs and LED tubes for dramatic shots, and the 360 Spin photobooth offered dynamic, shareable video keepsakes. The seamless fusion of design elements and interactive moments resulted in a night that celebrated both the achievements of the past year and the exciting future ahead for Monday.com.
